I had lost a roof shingle and my next door neighbor lost several. We were able to negotiate a deal to repair both homes. Professional, courteous and prompt communication by phone and email, both pre-sale and post-sale. They performed the repairs within days at the time they indicated and even took away my fallen tile. They also emailed a quick inspection report of the whole roof, roof vents and laundry vent, including photos.

This narrowed our options considerably and Increased the cost, but Mike (Professional Home Services’ owner) did the research to find exactly what we wanted. He always responded promptly to my calls & on the one or two occasions when there was a slight delay in arrival time, he called in advance to let me know they would be arriving a little later. The owner repair my siding on site without any charge to me. I was very please that they were able to provide this service for me. "They replaced a broken window in the kitchen and repaired outside rotted and damaged trim. Repaired rot and damage to the exterior trim on the second floor window sill and encased it all with aluminum.Mike came out promptly and provided a detailed estimate broken down per item for the work we requested as well as some additional work we are planning for the future. This made it easier for us to budget the various parts of the job if we needed to. No high pressure sales which we appreciated. He and his crew arrived exactly when they said they would, were neat and polite. The new window was installed quickly and caulked to minimize heat loss. The owner (Mike) was present on the job site at all times."

"Mike fixed/cleaned several things while he was there without charge — this attention to detail and desire to make everything look good was what impressed me the most. After the trim work was done, Mike told us about some issues his crew had noticed on the roof (and provided digital photos). We had asked him to replace some flashing around skylights and look at the roof while they were doing the other work. We asked for an estimate for repairs and for a new roof , which Mike provided promptly. I decided to go with the new roof, given the old one was 25 years old. The roofing took about 2 1/2 days, and looks fantastic. The crew cleaned up before they left each day and there was no debris anywhere when finished."

"Professional Home Services put in 15 replacement windows, siding, gutters and 2 doors onto my 1960 ranch style home. Mike and his crew did a great job. I got 3 estimates and Mike’s was the best price. I liked the fact that It Is a small company and I was in constant communication with the owner (Mike) as opposed to salesmen, etc. Mike was patient, detail oriented and available. After the majority of the work was done, Mike came over himself for several hours on a Saturday to clean up and finish detail work that even I had not seen. He was also willing to do a few little “extras” like replace flood lights, put blinds back up, etc. I was very happy."

We had older Anderson windows and when they replaced them there was a gap and the owner came back and fixed them himself. He brought somebody with him to help paint it. "We had windows replaced in a home we are refurbishing for resale. The job turned out beautifully, and was done with the utmost professionalism from start to finish. Everything we were told would be done, was done and done well. Mike even went above and beyond, and repaired some siding that a previous owner’s dog had chewed (of all things to chew on!) Mike stayed on for a couple of hours to do the repair, using materials he had purchased himself, and then would not let us pay him for the repair job. He is the BEST, and we would recommend him highly to anyone needing his services. We love the new windows and the quality is far superior to others we had considered.The guys showed up on time, got started right away and finished before we expected. The attention to detail was extraordinary. They made sure each and every window was perfect and operating smoothly before they finished up. "Work done: 1. Replaced 10 small pictures windows 2. Installed new vinyl soffit and fascia 3. Installed new seamless gutters & downspouts 4. Hung vinyl siding on upper part of a small utility roomOutstanding in all categories. Our dingy, old 1950’s ranch looks brand new. The materials and workmanship were top quality; all window trim was properly wrapped and caulked. Due to the age of our house, the contractor had to add furring strips to the soffit to even it out so the vinyl would align properly. There were never any hidden costs and the entire crew was professional and considerate."

The seams are perfect and Mike’s team went above and beyond to make sure all the new components blended beautifully with the old construction. The siding part was a small job, but the impact was huge. I asked Mike to finish off a siding job that was started but not finished by another contractor, so the square footage was minimal and we already had the materials. Still, there were a lot of angled cuts and there was extra prep work required to make it align right. The finished job surpassed my expectations. "We purchased a foreclosure house previously owned by a person whose idea of maintenance was to punch holes in the ceiling when the hot water heater in the attic leaked so the water could drain out! This is a 15 year old house far beyond TLC and just cosmetic needs. The wood/ vinyl exterior was dry rotted in places and sadly in need of paint and cleaning. The exterior doors and seals were a mess, and the porch entrance railings were splintered and rotten. "My experience with this company was excellent. Michael was very professional in his approach. He presented all options and allowed me to choose the best fit for my needs. He stayed in communication during the entire process so that I was always aware of what was going on and where we were in the process.The job was completed in a very tight time-line under less than perfect weather conditions. The most telling part of the experience came after they completed the roof. The day after the job was completed I noticed that there were two slightly different color shingles in blocks that made the roof look like it was patched with mismatched shingles."
